Electrical Construction Organization Announcements

I am thrilled to share some significant developments within the Electrical Construction Group that reflect our commitment to growth and excellence. Our Executive Committee fully supports these changes.

In his new role as Vice President, Electrical, Dave Scott will lead our efforts to expand our business primarily in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Commercial Electrical projects. As well, he will continue to provide operational subject matter expertise on key projects outside the GTA. John Park, William Beschemin, Greg Best and Dino Iafrate will now report into Dave.

In his new capacity as Vice President, Electrical, Tim Noble will focus primarily on Trillium Mississauga (M Site). Tim's extensive experience on large healthcare projects will be invaluable as we navigate the complexities of this sizeable and exciting hospital. Joe Sodaro has also been promoted to Construction Director, reporting into Tim. Joe’s leadership and technical expertise will be crucial to the success of M Site.

I am also pleased to announce the consolidation of our Estimation and Engineering teams, which will enhance our operational efficiency, collaboration and risk management. Deva Sarathchandran will take on the newly created role of Senior Director, Electrical Pursuits & Engineering, overseeing this important merger. Calin Vaida, Brent Hodges, and the pursuits team will report to Deva.

John Park continues in his role as Construction Director, through which he has made invaluable contributions over the years in both Ottawa and Toronto. Currently John is responsible for delivering the Trillium Q and Toronto Western Hospital projects.

William Beschemin, who joined us two years ago from Bouygues Energies & Services Contracting in the UK, also continues in his role as Construction Director. William has successfully managed numerous challenging projects in the Group and is currently responsible for a major data center project.

Mac Geddes has been a strong leader in the Electrical organization since joining us as a Construction Director in 2017, primarily on Calgary Cancer Center. Now based in Toronto for the team’s long-term growth, Mac will continue to lead the New St. Paul's Hospital project to completion, reporting directly into me.

In Ottawa, I am excited to announce that Paul Jeffrey has been promoted to Construction Director, focusing primarily on the pursuit and delivery of Ottawa Civic Hospital. Paul's leadership and experience will be instrumental in driving this project forward. Colin Toop will lead all other Electrical Construction activity in Ottawa in his new role as Project Director. Both Paul and Colin will report into me.

These announcements reflect our commitment to changing how we work and focusing on growth. I am confident that we will continue to achieve great things together with these talented individuals in their new and ongoing roles.

Please join me in congratulating the team; I look forward to a bright future.

Best Regard,

Kevin Martineau,

Executive Vice President, Electrical
