I am happy to share some exciting news about our Mechanical Construction team, with the full support of our Executive Committee. As we move forward, we are committed to the growth of our business, exploring new market opportunities, and coming together as one cohesive unit.
Mike Di Lella and Richie Kellett will lead our Large and Commercial Construction teams in their new roles as Vice President, Mechanical. Together, they will continue to grow and integrate our business in target markets – such as Commercial, Healthcare, Mission Critical, Institutional, Prime Mechanical, and others – while driving increased collaboration and alignment between their teams. As part of this transition, I am excited to announce the promotions of Marco Bianco and Prabhjot Singh to Construction Manager, reporting into Richie and Mike respectively.
With risk management as a key value driver for our business, I am pleased to announce that CJ Ashley has been promoted to Senior Director, Mechanical Pursuits & Engineering. As well, Joe La Civita has been promoted to Director, Mechanical Estimating reporting into CJ. Jeremy Brown will continue in his role as Director, Mechanical VDC, now reporting into CJ. Further, Peyman Samadzadegan takes on an expanded role as Manager, Mechanical Estimating and Brandon Patterson moves into the newly created role of Team Lead, Sheet Metal Estimating; both will report into Joe.
Next, with a view to driving efficiencies through enhanced preconstruction and project delivery methods, Enrico Casciato has been appointed Senior Director, Mechanical Operations. Tony Tamburello and Chris Job have been promoted to Manager, Preconstruction & Execution, responsible for ensuring constructability in pursuits and effective project delivery in line with TIME. Scott Burgess will move into the expanded role of Manager, Construction Planning where he will oversee project planning in close partnership with our engineering teams. Paul Ajemian’s role as Manager, Mechanical Operations will expand to include responsibility for all mechanical field labour. George Toth, Prefabrication Manager, will lead day-to-day operations at our new prefabrication facility. All will report directly into Enrico.
Last but not least, Eric Sakauye will take on an expanded role as Manager, Integrated Quality & Commissioning, reporting into Mike Di Lella. We look forward to Eric’s growing contributions in these critical areas.
I sincerely congratulate each of these individuals and am confident they will drive positive results and outstanding value to our clients and partners.
Thank you,
Chris Morris
Executive Vice President, Mechanical
