Minute of Silence | September 3

On Thursday, September 3 during the morning PSI/FLHA, we will observe a minute of silence at all sites and worksites in memory of an employee of an Equans subcontractor who passed away following a serious electrical accident at an Equans construction site in Germany.
Our thoughts are with the employee’s family, friends, colleagues, and everyone affected by this tragic loss.
The accident occurred on August 4, 2026, during work to modernize transmission lines in Germany. Work began before the scheduled start time and without approval from site management or the client. The circumstances remain under investigation.
This tragedy reminds us that work must never begin until all required safety measures are confirmed and the necessary approvals are in place. Although Plan Group does not perform this type of work, the same principle applies to every task. Please take some time to review the below slides that support the minute of silence.
