Recognizing 20+ Years with Plan Group!

After more than 20 years with Plan Group, Chantal is retiring, leaving a lasting impact on our Montreal operations. We want to thank her and wish her all the best in what comes next!

Chantal joined Plan Group in 2004 as the first woman technician in our Montreal team. From the beginning, she helped pave the way by leading through her work ethic and professionalism.

She began her career working on a wide range of projects as a second technician and quickly moved into a lead technician role, earning the trust of her teammates and project managers.

One standout project was the Wi‑Fi upgrade for Canadian Tire locations across Quebec, where she travelled across the province. The project was completed by an entirely women‑led team, something we were all incredibly proud of.

For more than 10 years, Chantal has been the lead technician for service work at the Bombardier Montreal sites, where she’s consistently praised for her reliability, and support of others. She has also played an important role in training and mentoring newer technicians making them feel welcomed and supported. 

As Chantal retires we thank her for everything she has contributed to Plan Group. She leaves behind a legacy we’re proud of and will truly be missed. We wish her all the best in this well‑deserved next chapter!
