Join us for a meaningful cause this year as Plan Group's WeCare Crew kicks off our

2024 Orange Shirt Day fundraiser!

June 21st served as National Indigenous Peoples Day, a day in which we celebrate and recognize the unique heritage and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples across Turtle Island.

As a part of our commitment to inclusion and belonging, we stand in solidarity with Indigenous communities across Canada. We strive to honour Indigenous Peoples and support the empowerment of Indigenous communities and will do so with our annual Orange Shirt Day Fundraiser.

This year's fundraiser is more than just purchasing an orange shirt that you'll wear for a day.

It's a meaningful way to demonstrate your support for Indigenous Peoples and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

September 30 marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. On this day, we will wear our orange shirts as a sign of our commitment to supporting Indigenous Peoples. This important day serves as a moment for us to acknowledge and reflect on the tragic history and ongoing legacy of residential schools in Canada.

It's a testament to our deeply rooted WeCare Culture.

Our WeCare culture runs deep, and we're proud to carry on the Orange Shirt Day fundraiser for another year! To showcase our commitment to honouring Indigenous culture, we have collaborated with the talented Jeremy Mclellan, an artist from the Cree Nation, to create a beautifully designed orange t-shirt.

It’s a gesture of compassion towards those who have endured unimaginable hardships.

Through this fundraiser, we aim to make an impactful contribution to supporting Indigenous communities in Canada. The funds raised from the shirt sales will be donated to True North Aid - a charity dedicated to serving and supporting northern and remote Indigenous communities in Canada through practical humanitarian support, such as housing, food, water, health, and education.

Our 2023 Orange Shirt Day fundraiser raised $4000 for True North Aid!

Payments can be made in cash to Joanna Iachetta, or you can purchase your shirts through an

e-transfer to jiachetta@plan-group.com.

Please place your t-shirt order before August 2nd to guarantee your size selection. After August 2nd, sizes will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
