Congratulations Mike Di Lella!

We’re excited to share that Mike Di Lella has been promoted to Vice President of Mechanical!

Mike has been with Plan Group for the last 14 years. He is known for his operational focus and dedication to building strong teams. He consistently brings energy, clarity, and commitment to every project, from planning through execution.

Although he was strong in school, Mike was always building something at a young age when he wasn’t at a rink playing hockey. At 14 years old, he worked in a fabrication facility with his dad, quickly picking up the trade.

He began his career as a plumbing apprentice in 1988, supporting system installations and working closely with field teams. Mike then went on to be a foreman, superintendent, project manager, and eventually a director, leading him to his new role.

As Vice President, Mike will continue to elevate how we deliver across the mechanical discipline, turning sketches and VDC designs into reality.
