Jonathon upholds our program - follows the rules consistently, brings up concerns, is involved in our We Care culture, etc.

He always completes safety documents on time and prompts follow-up of incidents and RTW.

Chad Carroll

Chad is a leader - mentors others, leads by example, stands up for our core values, etc.

He has been performing exceptional pre-job briefs with our sub-contractors. Ensuring they are always following Plan Groups safety policies and procedures. He is very informative and keeps the site team informed and positive. 

Kyle Noble

Kyle upholds our program - follows the rules always, brings up concerns, is involved in our We Care culture, etc.

He displays constant awareness of health and safety awareness with all Plan employees and sub-contractors. He is proficient with monthly, weekly, and daily submittals of all health and safety documents. Keep up the good work.

Our Safety MVPs also win prizes for their great work – Plan Group swag and a gift card!

Each quarter, our Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) will randomly select the Safety MVP winners from our submissions. Keep the Safety MVP nominations coming! We are looking forward to awarding our next set of Safety MVPs.
