Melanie Klemens was nominated by: Antoniette Raposo

Melanie exemplifies WeCare Culture by stopping unsafe work when necessary.

She noticed and reported unsafe work to her supervisor, and the supervision was able to rectify the situation safely.

Noel Coultice was nominated by: Matt Lyall

Noel upholds our program - follows the rules consistently, brings up concerns, is involved in our We Care culture, etc.

He implemented and followed Plan Group’s confined space program with professionalism and accuracy.

Alex Neto was nominated by: Jeff Pfeiffer

Alex upholds our program - follows the rules consistently, brings up concerns, is involved in our We Care culture, etc.

He exemplifies what health and safety means to our group and is a leader when it comes to putting forward all protocols about safety. 

Our Safety MVPs also win prizes for their great work – Plan Group swag and a gift card!

Each quarter, our Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) will randomly select the Safety MVP winners from our submissions. Keep the Safety MVP nominations coming! We are looking forward to awarding our next set of Safety MVPs.
