Let’s talk about mental health
Your Mental Health Matters
It's crucial to remember that mental health is just as important as physical health. Everyone experiences stress, anxiety, and emotional struggles at some point. It's important to acknowledge these feelings and to seek help when needed.
Suicide Prevention
Suicide is one of the top 10 causes of death in Canada, with the construction industry having the highest suicide rates of all industries. It's essential to recognize the signs and reach out to those who may be in need of support. If you or someone you know is struggling, please don't hesitate to seek help.
To continuously promote the 9-8-8 Suicide Crisis Helpline, we distribute our hard hat stickers throughout the year.

Mindful Movement
Physical activity plays an essential role in promoting a healthy mind and body. Exercise can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while also improving your mood and overall well-being. To support your physical and mental health, we have 5 Peloton machines at our Vaughan Head office. The Pelotons provide a convenient way to incorporate exercise into your daily routine, helping you stay active and healthy.
