Message from Paul Sheridan

As we lean into 2025, I would like to share some exciting news on two fronts.

 First, on behalf of Plan Group’s Executive Committee (EXCO), I am very pleased to announce the following promotions to Vice President:

• Darryl Da Silva – Vice President, Technology 

• Mike Di Lella – Vice President, Mechanical 

• Richie Kellett – Vice President, Mechanical 

• Jonathan Mateer – Vice President, Technology 

• Tim Noble – Vice President, Electrical 

• Dave Scott – Vice President, Electrical

These promotions reflect the contributions of these exceptional performers to the organization. They all join the Senior Management Team (SMT), strengthening our leadership ranks as we embark on the next phase of our growth. They each continue to report to their current EVP.

The SMT is charged with executing Plan Group’s overall strategy and direction, as established by the EXCO. This includes oversight and delivery of day-to-day operations across our business units and support functions, as well as disseminating critical information across the organization.

To further expand our leadership footprint, the following individuals are also appointed to the SMT at this time:

• CJ Ashley – Mechanical 

• Craig Cancilla – National Services

• Enrico Casciato – Mechanical

• Magali Chestalain – Finance

• Derek Cianfrini – National Services

• Mike Cremasco – Legal Affairs

• Deva Sarathchandran – Electrical

These changes mark a very significant step forward in preparing Plan Group for growth, managing increased complexity and engaging top talent in leading the organization.
