Ontario HSE Program Update: COR Audit 2025

As of September 2nd, 2025, we officially kicked off the annual COR audit of our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) program.

Since 2016, we’ve proudly held the Safety Certificate of Recognition (COR). One of the key requirements of COR is to maintain and audit our HSE program every year.

This year, we’re bringing in an external auditor to conduct the audit and ensure we continue meeting COR standards. Last year’s internal audit showed improvement in our scores compared to the 2022 external audit — a huge shoutout to everyone who leads with safety every day!

In the coming weeks, the HSE Department will be:

• Reviewing HSE-related documents

• Conducting interviews

• Observing work processes on jobsites across Ontario

We’ll notify selected sites for interviews and observations shortly to help answer any questions you may have.

This is an exciting and important time for our company as we continue striving to be a leader in health and safety across our industry. 

We’re aiming to maintain our COR recognition for a 9th consecutive year in Ontario — and we couldn’t do it without your continued commitment.
