Safety Week - Subcontractor Safety
Our last Safety Week meeting will focus on subcontractor safety.
Everyone on site, including Plan Group employees, subcontractors, and temporary workers, has both the right and the responsibility to work safely and to stop work if something is unsafe or unclear.
We’ll talk about how we choose and prepare subcontractors, set clear expectations, coordinate work, and support safe practices on site.
Subcontractors are part of our team. Make sure to include them in safety talks, and speak up if you notice a hazard. Golden Rule #12 is clear: Stop Work is everyone’s responsibility. If you see something unsafe, stop the work and make sure the hazard is fixed before starting again.
