From a summer coop employee to a highly recognized Field Network Cable Specialist (NCS), Shari's journey is nothing short of inspiring. Her dedication goes beyond individual success; she actively contributes to her team's triumphs by mentoring fellow apprentices, fostering a culture of growth. In a field traditionally with few female colleagues, Shari's resilience and professionalism shine through, making her a respected figure among her peers. Her expertise in telecommunications has played a crucial role in the success of projects across the GTHA, earning her widespread respect. Shari, we're fortunate to have you as part of our team and as a role model for women forging paths in the trades!
